The C-meter is meter for the 21st century. It is a computer based galvanic skin response meter.
While, in principle it is similar to an e-meter produced by the Church of Scientology, it is
not the same. It is better than an e-meter! Far better. In fact the c-meter is
light years ahead. And less costly!

The meter uses a high speed advanced low noise 24 bit analog/digital converter to sample
the readings from the client 300 times a second giving a smooth display with no necessity
for resetting the balance.
The software is efficiently written in C++, so it can run on older machines
making it possible to use an inexpensive 233+ MHz laptop as a dedicated
meter.
